We stayed at this lovely historic mansion for one night during a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room had a beautiful view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for local eateries. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated, with attention to detail in the decor. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room had a nice, airy ambiance.

The location of this place was absolutely fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk away from the museum and art gallery. In addition, we were fortunate to be near the beautiful sights of Scotland, including the river, castle, and plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from.
